Product Description

The vertical gypsum mill is a type of vertical roller mill (vertical mill) specifically designed for the grinding and processing of gypsum powder. It is widely used in the grinding and calcination processes of materials such as architectural gypsum (β-hemihydrate gypsum), desulfurized gypsum, and phosphogypsum. Its core features include high efficiency and energy saving, adjustable fineness of finished products, and a high degree of system integration, making it particularly suitable for large-scale gypsum powder production lines.

Structural Composition
  • Separators: Important components that ensure product fineness, consisting of a speed regulating motor, reducer, housing, air outlet, etc.
  • Grinding roller: The main component for rolling materials, consisting of roller sleeves, roller cores, shafts, bearings, etc.
  • Grinding disc: Fixed on the output shaft of the reducer, the grinding disc has an annular groove, which is the rolling groove for grinding materials.
  • Pressure device: An important component that provides grinding pressure, consisting of a high-pressure oil station, hydraulic cylinder, rod, accumulator, etc.
  • Motor and reducer: The motor drives the grinding disc to rotate through the reducer, which plays a role in reducing speed and transmitting power.
Working Principle

The motor drives the grinding disc to rotate through the reducer, the material falls into the center of the grinding disc from the feed inlet, and the hot air enters the mill from the air inlet. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material moves to the edge of the grinding disc, and is crushed by the grinding roller when passing through the annular groove on the grinding disc. The crushed material is carried by the high-speed airflow at the air ring at the edge of the grinding disc, and the large particles fall directly on the grinding disc for re-grinding. When the material in the airflow passes through the dynamic and static separator, under the action of the rotating rotor, the coarse powder falls on the grinding disc for re-grinding, and the qualified fine powder is ground together with the airflow and collected in the powder collecting device, which is product. Moisture-containing materials are dried during contact with hot gas to achieve the required product moisture.
